Application of embedded system in pumping unit wireless monitoring

本文针对国内抽油机系统的应用现状,提出了抽油机无线监控系统的完整设计方案。该方案以先进的嵌入式系统为主控单元,以GSM网络为数据通讯介质,使用快速单片机采集数据。其大大提高了抽油机系统自动化程度,节约了油田成本。

This paper put forward an intact plan of design of the wireless monitoring system of pumping unit according to current situation of pumping unit system at home. This scheme used the advanced embedded system as control unit, took the GSM network as the data communication medium and used a fast single-chip microcomputer for data gathering. It has realized the pumping unit wireless monitoring and control, put the pumping unit automation to a high degree, and saved cost of oil field.
