摘要
采用次氯酸盐氧化法合成K2FeO4,研究了不同水质条件下其对废水中丙烯腈的去除效果及主要影响因素。结果表明,K2FeO4对水中丙烯腈具有良好的氧化絮凝作用,当水中丙烯腈质量分数为300 mg/L时,投加20 mg/L的K2FeO4反应80 min,丙烯腈残存率在36%以下。取得K2FeO4对丙烯腈最佳去除效果的pH=6,温度为40℃。此外,K2FeO4与H2O2无法产生良好的协同效应。
Potassium ferrate was prepared by hypochlorite oxidation method. And the efficiency and main influential factors of AN removal in wastewater at different conditions by it were studied. The results showed that potassium ferrate can remove AN by the functions of oxidation and flocculation. By disposing the wastewater containing 300 mg/L AN,putting 20 mg/L potassium ferrate, reacting 80 min, the rate of AN residue was below 36 %. The optimal pH and temperature were 6 and 40 ℃ respectively. Furthermore, the combining application of potassium ferrate and H2O2 was not efficient for AN removal.
