摘要
以自配硝基苯水样为处理对象,采用自制光反应器,用还原-偶氮光度法测定出水中硝基苯的含量,再计算出硝基苯的去除率,然后比较分析各反应的去除效果。研究表明,UV/Fenton法有较高的去除率和反应速率,反应时间、投加量和硝基苯浓度三因素影响最大。试验确定了最佳反应条件:倍数应在1.5左右;Fe2+与H2O2的摩尔比为1∶30;pH值宜选在4左右;硝基苯的质量浓度不宜大于200mg/L;载气在该反应中的作用不大;反应时间为50 min。在最佳反应条件下,去除率可达到95%。
In the experiment, confectcd nitrobenzene water was processed in a photo- reactor, and the outflow was measured by reducing- azo photometric method to calculate the nitrobenzene decrease rate, which was used to analyze the treatment effects. The research result showed that UV/Fenton oxidation had a high decrease rate and reaction rate relatively, and the most influencing factors were reaction time, dosage of H2O2 and the initial nitrobenzene concentration, when dosage of H2O2 was 1.5 times of the theoretic dosage; molar ratio of Fe^2+ to H2O2 was 1:30; pH was about 4; the maximum nitrobenzene concentration was 200 mg/L; reaction time was 50 minutes, the decrease rate can reach 95 %.
