摘要
外压设备的抗失稳能力(稳定性)主要取决于壳体的几何尺寸,即直径、长度和壁厚,其中长度和直径起着决定性作用。因此在夹套内合理设置螺旋导流板,一方面为夹套内的流体导流,能更好地加热或冷却容器内的物料;另一方面容器筒体因外压计算长度减小而使计算壁厚减薄。
The stability of external pressure vessel mainly depends on crust' s geometrical cross - section including diameter, length and wall thickness. Among them, the length and diameter are crucial. Therefore, in the jacketed vessel, the reasonable spiral deflector on the one hand can flow the fluid which is in the jacketed vessel,it can heat or cool the materiel in the vessel better; On the other hand, the containter tube body makes the wall thickness thin because of the decrease of the computed length of the vessel duct. It' s crucial to save the steel materical and decrease the price of the manufacture.
