对我国职业足球俱乐部法律问题的研究文献进行了归类、分析,多数研究结论一致,呼吁加快俱乐部或与其相关领域的立法或补充立法.笔者提出了我国足球俱乐部法规体系的构想,同时认为应该处理好政策、行业规范与法律的关系等,以期为我国职业足球俱乐部的法律建设提供有益的参考.

The category to the law problems of professional soccer club is given. The coresults of most researches oore the same, professional soccer club needs legislation. The law system of professional soccer club is provided on the basis of these views. Meanwhile, the relation among law, policy and, regulations should be handled, to give beneficial reference to law construction of professional soccer club in our country.
