摘要
应用基于概率统计理论的可靠性设计方法,根据爆破失效准则,在最苛刻的试验压力条件下,分析了按标准设计的薄壁内压容器可接受的爆破强度最小初始可靠度范围。从控制薄壁内压容器在不同工况下最小初始可靠度的角度,对其试验压力系数与安全系数进行了探索。
Using reliability design methods basis on probability and statistical theory, the acceptable reliability range of virgin static strength ofsteel thin-wall vessel during pressure test under the severest condition based on burst failure criteria is quantitative analyzed. The test pressure coefficient and safety factor are searched for thin-wall vessels with minimum virgin reliability of burst strength in different working conditions.
