摘要 采用三维结构化网格建立周期性模型,对径向直线槽密封进行了三维数值计算。通过求解三维层流N-S方程,得到了端面气膜稳态压力场及速度场分布,分析了气体在端面间隙内的流动形式。计算结果表明,径向直线槽结构具有良好的动压效应,内、外径压差对端面气膜压力影响显著,端面流场出现小区域回流现象。 The periodic model was set up by using the three-dimentional structured mesh. The three-dimentional computational studies with FLUENT for the radial groove gas seal were presented. The three-dimentional laminar Navier-Stokes equations were solved for getting the gas film pressure and velocity distributions in the steady state, and the flow styles in the clearance were analyzed. The results demonstrated that the radial groove gas seal has a good hydrodynamic effect, and there is a little recirculation formation in the flow field between the two faces.
