摘要
分析总结了乙苯过热器的失效原因,并对扩容改造后的乙苯过热器组支座进行了受力分析,认为筒体的严重变形可影响过热器的正常运行。提出了支座的位置是导致变形的原因,并应用ANSYS 8.0对过热器筒体支座的位置进行了优化设计,为减小筒体的变形及过热器的改造提供了一定的理论依据。
The failure reason of the superheater was its serious distortion, and a measure to solve the problem was put forward. Using.the software ANSYS 8.0, the positions of the superheater' supports are redesigned so that its distortion can be decreased to the least in degree. It can provide the theoretical foundation for the reconstruction of the superheater.
