摘要
介绍了酮苯装置立式氨用冷凝器的失效情况,确定了海水局部腐蚀是冷凝器失效的主要原因。通过比较海军铜、钛材和奥氏体不锈钢的性能特点,选用316L不锈钢作为16Mn管板的复合层,增加了阴极保护措施,结合防海水腐蚀涂层,很好地解决了氨用海水冷凝器的海水腐蚀问题。
The corrosion failure of vertical ammonia-seawater condenser used in acetone-benzol plant was introduced. It is determined that the main failure reason is caused by seawater local corrosion. Comparing their properties among admiralty brass, titanium plate and austenite stainless steel, it is suggested that the stainless steel 316L is selected to be clad with tube-sheet 16Mn (forged steel). In addition, cathode protection is used as a new measure. Combining corrosion resistant coating, the problem of seawater corrosion failure is solved completely.
