摘要
利用差示扫描量热仪和红外光谱仪研究了SMA(苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物)对PPO/EP(聚苯醚/环氧树脂)体系相容性和耐热性的影响。结果表明:马来酸酐含量较低的SMA与PPO可以完全相容,并且能改善PPO/EP体系的相容性。其相容机理为:SMA中的苯乙烯在热力学上和PPO完全相容,同时,SMA中的马来酸酐可以和EP的环氧基团发生反应。对于PPO/EP体系来说,加入SMA可有效地提高体系的耐热性,并且随着SMA含量的增加,体系的热稳定性增强。
It studied the influencing effects of styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) on the compatibility and thermal resistance of poly (2, 6-dimethyl-1, 4-phenylene ether) / epoxy (PPO/EP) system by use of the differential scanning calorimeter and FTIR spectra. The results indicated that PPO is completely compatible with little amount of SMA, and the compatibility of the PPO/EP system is improved. The compatible mechanism is that the polystyrene section of SMA is thermodynamically miscible with PPO, and the maleic anhydride of the SMA can react with epoxy group of EP resin. The thermal resistance of the PPO/EP system is improved with the addition of SMA, and the thermal stability of the systems is increased with the increasing of SMA content.
