摘要 异型洗衣机把手塑件的注塑成型需要两侧抽芯和斜下抽芯。论述了该塑件的摆放方式及模具分型面选择,模具的结构特点和工作原理,设计了实用的模具结构。模具的动模部分带齿轮-齿条抽芯机构,定模部分采用组合对分式滑块结构。利用斜销及齿轮-齿条抽芯机构同时完成塑件两侧抽芯和斜盲孔抽芯。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,操作维修方便,成型塑件质量好,生产效率高。 The two sides and inclined down draw core are in need of injection mould of a special type of plastic part handle knob of washing machine. It discussed the manner of putting the plastic part and on the Choice of the parting face. A practical mould construction is designed. A dissertation is made on the structure characteristics and the operating principle of the injection mould. There is a draw cores mechanism with gear-rack on the moving mould part, the combined and bisected type of slide block construction is adopted on the fixed mould part. By use of the angle pins and the gear-rack draw cores mechanism, the draw cores to two sidles of plastic parts and the draw core to inclined simultaneously are achieved. The mould features compact structure, dependable functions, easy to operation and maintenance, good quality and high production efficiency.
