摘要
折叠翼式厢式货车作为一种能适应现代物流发展需要的新型运输车型,将会有广阔的市场前景。本文立足于UG设计平台,建立折叠翼式车厢参数化三维模型,并对模型进行运动仿真分析和关键部件的结构有限元分析,实施结构优化,建立出数字化虚拟样机,为制作折叠翼式车厢物理样机提供设计参数和依据。
Wingfoldable sidedoors boxed vans, as a new kind of station transport wagon which fits to the development of the modem materials circulation, will have broad market prospect. In this paper, a parameterized 3D model for boxed vans with new wingfoldable sidedoors is built in UG environment. And the motion simulation for the model and structural FEA for key parts is carried out. For the purpose of manufacturing a physical prototype, real optimal design parameters of the wingfoldable sidedoors carriage are obtained by the system optimization.
