摘要
对汽车用3A21铝合金的激光复合焊接工艺(激光+TIG)进行了研究,探讨了工艺参数对焊缝成型的影响规律及激光与电弧的复合作用。试验结果表明,激光焊复合工艺可以显著提高焊缝熔深和焊接速度,从而实现采用小功率激光焊机实现铝合金激光焊接的目的。在较宽的工艺参数范围内,YAG激光复合焊接铝合金具有焊缝成型美观等优点,且可大大提高生产率。
Laser-TIG compound welding process for automotive aluminum alloy 3A21 is studied,the influerlce of process parameters on formation of weht seam and the combined function of laser and electric are are discussed.Test resuits indicate that compound, nd process of laser welding can remarkably improve weld penetration and welding speed,therefore low power laser welder can be used for aluminum alloy welding,In a wide range of process parameters,YAG compound laser welding has nice formation of welding and can remarkably improve production efficiency.
