摘要
当今世界综合实力的竞争,正在演化为人才的竞争,要实现中原崛起,科技人才特别是顶尖人才同样起着重要的作用。文章对河南科技创新顶尖人才的现状、存在问题以及与广东、山东等省的差距,特别是对人才培养方面存在的不足进行了分析。
Nowadays, the competition in the world colligation strength, being the competition in the talent, in order to realize the growing up of the middle of China, the technological person, especially the high technology persons, plays the most important part. This article is for the top innovative persons＇ reality and the existent problems, the difference between our province and other provinces, such as Shandong and Guangdong province. Is there any shortage, especially in the training for capable persons？ The comparison and analyzing through the aspect of quantity and performed in chart and table. It is easy to find the spatial difference of Henan Province.
