高渗盐羟乙基淀粉液对失血性休克犬中性粒细胞Fas表达的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察高渗氯化钠羟乙基淀粉40溶液(HSCH)对早期严重失血性休克复苏前后中性粒细胞(PMN)Fas表达的影响,探讨其对早期严重失血性休克救治的特殊用途及其机制。方法采用修订的Wiggers犬失血性休克模型,分离中性粒细胞,流式细胞仪法测定Fas表达。结果失血性休克后PMNFas表达下调,与生理盐水复苏组比较,HSCH复苏组PMNFas表达明显增加。结论HSCH可对抗创伤失血性休克后PMN的凋亡延迟,减轻由于PMN的过度活化而导致的过度炎症反应,提高创伤失血性休克的复苏成功率。 Objective To investigate the effects of hypotonic sodium chloride hetastarh 40 injection (HSCH) on the expression of PMN Fas following hemorrhagic shock, and to explore the effective role and mechanisms of IISCII on hemorrhagic shock. Methods Modified Wiggers canine hemorrhagic shock model was used. Expression of Fas in PMN was measured by flow cytometry. Results The levels of PMN Fas expression during hemorrhagic shock were significantly lower than those in control group (P 〈 0.01), but were significantly higher than those in NS group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion HSCH can retard the apoptosis of PMN and attenuate the overactive neutrophil-induced inflammation after hemorrhagic shock.
