核因子κB活性在急性冠状动脉综合征中的变化 被引量:5

The change of nuclear factor κB activity in peripheral blood monocytes in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要 目的探讨核因子κB在急性冠状动脉综合征发病中的作用。方法选取急性心肌梗死患者76例,不稳定性心绞痛患者41例,稳定性心绞痛患者43例,并选取20例正常人为对照组。在入院第1、3、5天用ELISA法分别检测其外周血单核细胞核因子κB的活性。结果急性心肌梗死组和不稳定心绞痛组外周血单核细胞核因子κB活性度明显高于稳定性心绞痛组和对照组(P<0.01),其中急性心肌梗死组最高。前两组随时间有下降趋势,但仍明显高于后两组,后两组随时间无明显变化。结论急性冠状动脉综合征血核因子κB活性明显升高,在急性冠状动脉综合征发生中可能起着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the role of nuclear factor kB activation in the onset of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods 76 patients with acute myocardial infraction (AMI), 41 patients with unstable angina peetoris (UAP), 43 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 20 normal controls were enrolled. NF-kB activation in monocytes in peripheral blood monocyte was determined by ELISA with the NF-kB p65 Kit the at 3 and 5 days after admission. Results The activity of NF-kB in monocytes of peripheral blood in AMI patients and UAP patients was significantly higher than that in SAP patients and normal controls (P 〈 0.01 ). The activity of NF-kB was was gradually reduced at 3 and 5 days in AMI and UAP patients, but still higher than that in SAP patients and normal controls. NF-kB didn't change significantly in SAP patients and normal controls. Conclusion The activation of nuclear kB in peripheral blood is significantly higher in patients with ACS. It may play an important role in the onset of ACS.
