摘要
采用SB-C18HPLC色谱柱,以甲醇/水(90/10)为流动相,选择254nm为检测波长对氟吡磺隆进行分离和定量分析检测。结果表明本方法的标准偏差为0.0017,变异系数为0.36%,相关系数R2为0.9999,回收率为98.85%￣101.73%。
Separation and quantitative analysis of flucetosulfuron analysis was conducted using an SB-C18 HPLC column, with methanobwater （90/10） as the mobile phase, and determination at 254 nm. The method provided a standard deviation of 0.0017, a coefficient of variation of 0.36%, a correlation coefficient of 0.9999, and recovery of 98.9 to 101.7%.
