本文介绍了采用中国推广普及型ＣＴ（ＣＴＭＡＸ－Ⅱ），根据世界卫生组织（ＷＨＯ）提出的ＱＡ、ＱＣ体系的原则，制定中型医院ＣＴ室“ＣＴ室组织行为规范’，“ＣＴ扫描技术规范”；“ＣＴ诊断技术规范”；“ＣＴ扫描辐射防护规范”和“ＣＴ操作技术规程”、“ＣＴ日常维护（ＰＭ）规程”、“ＣＴ图像拷贝后处理规程”．通过多年实的证实，取得较好成效。

According to the QA(Quality Assure)and QC (Quality Control)principle suggested by the WHO,using the popular type of CT machine(CT MAX-Ⅱ)in our country We had worked out 4 standards and 3 rules of CT operating technique.Good results were achieved after implementing for several years.
