摘要
企业的社会资本作为一种资源反映了企业内的社会关系,它为智力资本的开发提供了便利,通过社会资本的结构维度、关系维度和认知维度来影响知识的创造过程,并促使智力资本的结合和交换,以此实现知识在企业内的社会化运动,从而提升企业的核心竞争力。企业要实现这种提升可采用招聘时关注社会资本、布置合适的空间位置、工作轮换和培育实践社团等途径。
The social capital, being a kind of resources and reflecting social relations m an enterpnse, affords facilities for developing its intellectual capital. It contributes to creating intellectual capital through structural, relational and cognitive dimensions, and promotes the integration and exchange of the intellectual capital. It is thus able to make knowledge in a socialized movement in the enterprise, and upgrades the enterprise's key competitive power. The effective ways for enterprises to achieve the advancement are presented in the paper.
