摘要
与客户在模具设计前期保持详细的技术沟通是保证模具质量和交货期的关键因素,同时让客户随时了解自己的产品信息是提高客户满意度的重要保证。针对这2个问题,在某一大型模具企业现有模具ERP的基础上,设计开发了基于Web的客户信息交互平台,并对系统功能、信息模型、网络体系和安全方案等进行了详细的设计和说明,最后给出了部分实例。
Persistent technology communication between die & mould makers prior period of design was very important for guaranteeing die quality and improving clients' satisfaction. One client information interactive platform and their clients during delivery date, and for based on Web was explored on the basis of the existing die & mould ERP of one large-scale enterprise to meet the objective. The system function, the information model, the network system and the safety scheme were elaborated and part of examples were stated.
