摘要
分析了盒形件的冲压工艺,对传统工艺设计进行改进,设计了冲孔翻孔、切口弯曲复合模,一次完成工件的侧向加工,介绍了复合模结构特点及工作过程。
The punching process of the box part was analyzed. The conventional technology was improved. A punching, flanging, lancing and bending combination die was designed for the flank machining of the workpiece at one time. The design feature and the working process of the combination die were stated as well.
