摘要
分析了卡圈成形工艺及各单工序成形模具特点。介绍了2种适用于小型通用压力机使用的卡圈成形模具结构和工作过程,解决了大工作行程模具生产效率低的问题。
The forming technology and the forming die of each working process for the closing ring were analyzed. Two forming die structure and working process applying to small type of common purpose press were introduced. The production efficiency of long forward stroke die was increased accordingly.
