推板螺杆式自动脱内螺纹注射模设计

Design of the Injection Mould with Eject Plate&Screw Rod Structure for Auto_demoulding of Internal Thread

针对带有内螺纹的瓶盖,设计了推板螺杆式自动脱内螺纹注射模。模具的特点在于利用注塑机顶出动作,由推板驱动螺杆,经齿轮传动使螺纹型芯旋转,塑件自动脱出。模具结构简单,运行可靠。

An injection mould characterized by automatic knockout plate ＆ threaded rod demoulding of internal thread was designed for the bottle cap with internal thread. The injection machine pushed the knockout plate, and then the knockout plate drove the threaded rod, resulting in the rotation of the threaded core and the auto-demoulding of the plastic part. The mould was simple in structure and reliable in operation.
