摘要
针对汽车车灯侧灯纹加工过程中效率低下的问题,开发了侧灯纹轨迹曲线和数控加工程序的自动生成程序,实现了侧灯纹加工的自动化。实验证明,该程序能极大地提高加工效率。
The automatically generating program of the geometrical locus and numerical control machining program for the side light fivelling were developed to solve the inefficiency problem in machining. The automatic processing of the side light rivelling was realized and the efficiency was greatly increased.
