摘要
文章在分析金属构件加工特点与现有加工装备的基础上,采用PMAC2为运动控制器,工业控制计算机为系统支撑平台的双CPU开放式数控系统,以对金属构件加工设备进行改进。该数控系统的开发不仅满足了金属构件加工装备这一市场需求,也促进了金属构件在建筑装饰、工程建设等方面的广泛应用。
By analyzing the machining feature and current machining equipments of metal component, an open and double CPU NC system is introduced that is based on controller (PMAC2)and IPC. The research of the NC system is not only meets the needs of metal component machining, but promotes the broad applications of metal component in many fields, such as architecture decoration, infrastructure and so on.
