摘要 目的探讨高校教师的睡眠状况及其影响因素。方法采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)对197名曲阜师大教师的睡眠状况进行调查。结果曲阜师大教师的睡眠时间少于常模且早醒现象多于常模,SRSS总分及睡眠质量、觉醒不足和噩梦惊醒等项的得分低于常模,而且曲阜师大教师的睡眠状况表现出一定的性别、年龄、职称和工作性质的差异。结论大学教师睡眠状况值得关注,提高大学教师的睡眠质量应采取多种措施。SRSS简便易行,有助于大学教师睡眠问题的诊断。 Objective To investigate the sleep state of college teachers and factors affecting sleep. Methods 197 teachers from Qufu Normal University were investigated with the Self-Rating Scale of Sleep. Results The scores of factors, sleep time and awake earlier, were higher than the norms; the total scores of SRSS and the scores of factors about sleep quality, sleepy, awake from nightmares were lower than the norms. There were also significant differences between sex, age and professional title, nature of job on total scores of SRSS or some factors of SRSS. Conclusion We should pay close attention to the sleep state of college teachers. It is helpful to diagnose sleep problem of college teachers by using SRSS.
