16例酒精所致震颤谵妄临床分析

A Clinic Analysis of Delirium Tremens in 16 Patients with Alcohol Dependence

目的探讨酒精所致震颤谵妄发生的影响因素。方法对2000年1月1日～2004年12月31日住我院的所有发生震颤谵妄的酒精所致精神障碍的病人共16例进行回顾性研究。结果影响酒精所致震颤谵妄发生的因素很多,年龄大、饮酒年限长、饮酒量大的人群中发生的机会比其他人群明显偏高。结论应加强戒酒知识及饮酒危害性的宣传教育,引导人们正确饮酒、适度饮酒,以减少酒精所致精神障碍的发生。

Objective To explore the relationship between Delirium tremens and the pattern and quantity of liquor drink. age, profession. Methods 16 patients with delirium tremens caused by alcohol who had been admitted to our hospital from Jan 1st 2000 to Dec 31st 2004 have been investigated by using reviewal research analysis. Results There are many factors to relate to delirium tremens, the patients who were older, drinked for more years are easily to contract with delirium tremens. Conclusion The people should be intervened to drink correctly and moderately.
