目的探讨常用抗精神病药氯丙嗪、氯氮平、利培酮对血钾浓度的影响。方法采用自身对照,定时测血钾,以多因素分析方法。结果血钾含量不但与抗精神病药有关,还与用药时间、年龄、职业、消化系统症状等有关。结论入院后病人第一个月血钾下降明显,需注意补钾。

Ohjective To study effect of ehlorpromazine, clozapine and risperidone on blood potassium. Methods Measure on meself, analyse ways in many factors and the time blood potassium. Results The content of the blood potassium has something to do wish not only anri-psychiatric medicine but also the ages and jobs of the patients the time taking medicine digestive systematic symptons and so on. Conclusion The blood potassium of the patients decreases clearly after the patients are treated in hospital in the first month.
