农村初级中学教师抑郁与人格特质初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨农村初级中学教师抑郁与人格特征现状及其二者的关系。方法采用一般自编调查问卷、Beck抑郁问卷(BDI)和卡特尔16种人格因素量表(16PF)对377名农村初级中学教师进行调查并做多元回归分析。结果农村初级中学教师重度抑郁的流行率为4.2%,女教师抑郁得分显著高于男性。中学教师兴奋性、敢为性、世故性和实验性人格因素得分显著高于专业技术人员,乐群性无显著差异,其余因素显著低于专业技术人员;不同性别教师人格特征呈显著差异;抑郁倾向组教师自律性和紧张性显著高于非抑郁倾向组,兴奋性、有恒性、独立性和实验性显著低于非抑郁倾向组;抑郁得分与人格因素存在显著相关,兴奋性、独立性和忧虑性能预测抑郁的变化。结论农村初级中学教师抑郁与人格之间可能存在1种或4种关系模型,应发扬其优秀人格品质,降低或消除抑郁,培养素质精良的基层教师队伍。 Objective To investigate depression and personality festures of primary middle school teachers, to analyse their relationship between depression and personality. Methods 377 middle school teachers were investigated with self-administered questionnaire, Beck Depression Inventory and 16PF. Results 4.2% teachers was selected as heavy depression. There were significant differences between male and female on depression and personality. Significant differences were also existed on personality between the groups of teachers and technologists, of deperession and non-depression. There was an apparently correlation with deression and personality, excitement, anxiety, independence factors will forcast depression. Conclusion There were one or four relationship models between depression and personality of primary middle school teachers.
