血管抑素治疗眼内新生血管疾病的进展

摘要 眼内新生血管形成是糖尿病视网膜病变、角膜血管新生和脉络膜血管新生等疾病共有的病理性改变,这些疾病严重影响患者的视力。血管抑素(angiostatin)具有特异性抑制血管内皮细胞增生的作用,其在肿瘤的抗血管治疗中已取得很大进展。近来血管抑素在眼内新生血管疾病的作用受到人们重视,本文对这方面的研究进展作以综述。 Intra-ocular neovascularization is a common pathological change in many diseases of the eyes,for example, diabetic retinopathy, corneal and choroidal neovascularizatian, which reduce the patients' vision severely. Angiostatin has inhibiting effect in the proliferation of the vuscular endothelial cell, Great progress Ires been made in the Antiangiogenic therapy for tumor using angiestatin. Recently scientists pay more attention to the effect of angiostatin on intra-ocular neovascularization,scme advances of this field are reviewed in this article.
