摘要
心力衰竭是多数原发性心血管疾病的严重或终末阶段。越来越多的研究证实,肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等细胞因子在充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的发展中起重要的作用。其通过抑制心肌收缩力,促进心肌细胞凋亡及心肌重构等作用引发或加重心力衰竭。鉴于目前对细胞因子生物效应的认识及其在心力衰竭中病理、生理发生机制的作用,抗细胞因子治疗心力衰竭已成为近年来研究治疗心力衰竭的热点,本文将TNF-α在心力衰竭时对心脏的作用机制,及抗细胞因子治疗心力衰竭的现状作一综述。
Heart failure is terminal phase of majority primary hear diseases. Increasing evidence suggests that eytokines, sush as tumor necrosis factor, may play a important role in the development of heart failure. It could induce or aggravate heart failure by inhibiting myocardial contractility, accelerating cardiac apotosis and reconstituting myecard. Anfieytokine therapy have became a hot spot of heart failure because of the cognition of biological effect and mechanism of eytokines. In this review the action mechanism of the eytokines in the heart failure and present status of the antieytokine for heart failure is summarized.
