Progress in Study of the Histological Grading System of IgA Nephropathy

摘要 对IgA肾病进行预后判断有着十分重要的临床意义,组织学分级系统是IgA肾病最为有效的预后指标,寻求一个简便、实用而完善的组织学分级系统始终是该领域的研究热点。本文综述了现有的IgA肾病组织学分级系统及其研究进展和展望。 It is of great clinical importance to assess the prognosis of IgA nephropathy. Histological grading system is one of the most useful index to assess the outcome of IgA nephropathy. Establishing one simple, practical and porfect histological grading system has became paying attention to focus in the area of nephropathy roscarch, in this article, the progress in the research of histological grading system of IgA nephropathy was revewed.
