摘要 尿酸是人体内嘌呤代谢的终产物,目前认为血尿酸与心血管疾病的发生发展及转归密切相关。本文就血尿酸与心血管疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。 Uric acid is an important metabolic end-product of purine. Recent reports showed that serum uric acid plays an important role in the occurrence development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. This review includes progress in relationship between serum uric acid and cardiovascular diseases in recent years.
