摘要 呼吸机相关性肺损伤(VLI)是心脏术后机械通气(MV)的严重并发症,其发生机制复杂,临床表现多样,发现不及时或处理不当可致患者死亡。作者就其发生机制,临床表现,防治对策等研究进展作如下综述。 Ventilation-related lung injury is a serious complication of mechanical ventilation following heart surgery. Its pathogenic machanism is complicated and clinical manifestation is manifold, if ventilation-related loong injury is not seen or treated inappropriately, it would result in exacerbation evendeath. In this article, pathogenisis, clinical mcnifestation, and prephylatico-therapeutic measures are reviewed.
