Study on Basic Legal Problems about Mechanism of Compensation for Ecology——Taking Protection for Diversity of Living Things in Nature Reserve of "Source of Three Rivers"as an Example

本文以现代生态法文化观念为理论导引,在对传统生态法理论进行检视和对三江源区的生物多样性保护与生态补偿机制进行深度考证的基础上,以理论分析与实证调研相结合的方法,提出了具有建设性和可行性的法律对策。

With the conception of modem ecological legal culture, after examining the theories of traditional ecological laws and checking thoroughly the protection for diversity of living things and mechanism of compensation for ecology in＂the Source of Three Rivers＂, this article puts forward constructive and practicable legal ways by combining analysis with investigations.
