分析了当前冷链物流中存在的食品安全问题,提出利用HACCP检测体系,结合冷链物流从食品流通环节来控制食品安全问题。
The paper analyzes the food safety existing in cold chain logistics and combining HACCP with cold logistics, it puts forward the solution of controlling food safety from the link of food distribution.
