电位溶出分析法连续测定食用螺中的汞和铜 被引量:5

摘要 应用电位溶出法对食用螺中的汞、铜进行了连续测定。其测定介质为0.4mol/l NaNO0.01mol/l NaAc—0.4mol/lHAc(pH=3.0),以4.36×10^(-5)mol/l KM_nO_4为氧化剂,利用食用螺本身所含Cu(Ⅱ)为敏化剂。采用标准加入法进行分析,所得汞和铜的结果分别与测汞仪法和原子吸收法相对照。本方法的回收率汞为101—102%,铜为96.8—102%,检出限汞为2.19×10^(-9)mol/l,铜为1.99×10^(-10)mol/l。 Potentiometric Stripping Analysis was applied to the successive determination of the contents of mercury and copper in conch, in a medium containing 0.4mol/l NaNO_3 buffered with 0.01 mol/l HAc at pH=3.0, with 4.36×10^(-5)mol/l KMnO_4 as oxidant was Cu(Ⅱ), found in the conch itself, as sensitizer. Analysis and carried out by standardaddition method, and the results were compared with those from mercury analyser and AAS. Recovery is 101-102% for Hg and 96.8-102% for CU. Sensitivity of the method is 2.19×10^(-10)mol/l for Hg and 1.99×10^(-10)mol/l for Cu.
