摘要
分析了涤纶筒子纱在常规酸性条件下染色所存在的不足以及解决这些问题的可行性办法,而碱性染色工艺是解决这些问题较为有效的办法;探讨了国内厂商推出的耐碱性分散染料用于碱性染色的可行性,主要对染料的移染性、得色量、色光变化以及纤维表面低聚物的量,与常规染色工艺进行比较。通过试验证明,部分分散染料用于碱性染色工艺是可行的,但还有一些品种尽管在得色率上变化不大,但色光稍有改变。
The feasiblity of domestic disperse dyes applied to alkaline dyeing on polyester yarn is investigated. Through migration, colour yield, and shade change of dye, also determination of amount of low polymers on fabric surface, the process is proved to be feasible.
