摘要
实验表明,活性染料浸染时,在染温、助剂准确控制的前提下,造成大小样深度差的因素,除浴比的差异因素外,小样的染色时间(主要是固色时间)短未能达到染色平衡,是第二大影响因素。由此,打小样要和放大样一样,染色时间要充分,必须实现染色平衡。如果将染色温度提高到65 ̄70℃,可明显缩短达到染色平衡所需的时间。而且,又可保持良好的得色深度与匀染透染效果。
When dyeing temperature and addition of auxiliary agents are correctly controlled in exhaust dyeing of reactive dyes, the influencing elements causing the colour depth difference between sample and bulk sample are primarily the bath ratio difference, and secondary the dyeing time of sample (mainly the dye-fixing time).
