摘要
当前,国内对循环经济内涵的阐述可归纳为五种主要观点:①循环经济是一种新的经济增长模式;②循环经济是一种新的生产方式;③循环经济是一种生态经济;④循环经济是以环境保护为前提条件的经济;⑤循环经济是一种深生态论。文章对循环经济理论研究的主要误区概括为:内涵不清和研究对象不明,并从理论比较和理论分析的角度对我国循环经济相关理论进行了初步探讨,提出相应的政策建议。
There are five points of view to explain the definition of cyclic economy in China at present:(1) it is a new pattern of economy growth;(2) it's a new kind of production means;(3) it's a ecological economy;(4) it's a economy which is predicated on environmental protection;(5) it's a deep ecological theory.The paper summarizes the misunderstanding to cyclic economy as follows: both the intension and research objects are not clear.Then from the angles of theoretical comparison and theoretical analysis,this paper tries to discuss the related theories on cyclic economy in China and put forward the corresponding policy proposals.
