江西省核工业地质局自属地化管理以来大力发展开放型经济,拉动了地勘单位经济的快速增长、资源的优化配置、制度创新和结构调整。其特点是:以大开放为主战略科学定位发展思路,实现投资主体多元化,园区经济聚集化,产业档次高新化,增长方式集约化。主要做法和措施是:内外并举、全方位开放,做实做强园区经济,壮大支柱产业、抢占市场竞争制高点,创新方法提高开放型经济的水平。

Jiangxi Provincial Nuclear Industrial Geological Bureau devote major efforts to developing open economy since it has been put under local administration.This promotes rapidly growth of geological and prospecting enterprise economy,optimization distribution of resources,system innovation and readjusting production structure.The special characteristics consist in: work out the development plan on the basis of open strategy,realize the diversification of investment,the centralization of hi-technical garden economy,show the trend to hi-technical level of production and intensify of growth pattern.The main measures include the next ways: pay attention not only to domestic but international market,open to abroad in an all-round way,expand pillar industry,increase the competition of production and etc.
