摘要
随着地勘单位体制改革的深化和产业经济发展,人才工作面临新情况、新问题,迫切需要加大人才工作力度,创新人才工作机制。机制创新工作应包括:①建立高效的人才培养机制;②建立合理的人才选用机制;③建立有效的人才流动机制;④建立科学的人才考评机制。
Talent work is faced with the new situation and the new problems along with deepening of the system reform of geological and prospecting enterprises.It is necessary to strengthen talent work and improve the mechanism of talent work.Improving the mechanism should include next means:(1) establish the efficient mechanism of training personnel;(2) build up the rational mechanism of talent select;(3) establish the efficient mechanism of talent flowing and(4) the scientific mechanism of talent assess.
