摘要
叙述了一种由ＣＣＩＴＴ推荐的面向电视会议系统的高质量语音编解码算法的实时实现，对实现该算法所需要的理论依据和实现方法作了详细的讨论。该系统由一块带Ａ／Ｄ和Ｄ／Ａ的Ｃ２５处理板及一台ＰＣ机组成。
Presents implementation of a algorithm suggested by CCITT in real time. It is used in audiophone system. The authers give detailed discussion of the theoretic basis and the methods used in implementing such algorithm. The whole system consists of a C25 board with a 14 bit A/D and D/A and a PC computer. The PC computer can play and record on backstage in real time.
