摘要
我厂二期两台前苏联机组配套的F763Y-25 DN300型水压保护三通阀经常出现卡涩和存在小旁路不严现象,影响高加投入率和给水温度,我们在机组小修中对其进行了改造,解决了高加保护不能可靠投入问题,提高了高加运行的安全可靠性,效果较好,在同类型机组中具有较高的推广应用价值。
Model F763Y-25 DN300 water pressure protection three-way valve for the two former USSR units in the second phase of our plant often became blocked and small bypass was not tight, which influenced service rate of high pressure heater and feed temperature, we had retrofitted it during minor overhaul of the units, solved unreliable operation of high pressure heater protection and increased operation safety and reliability of high pressure heater, the effect is relatively good, it has high promotional application value in similar units.
