摘要对中文科技期刊的下载计量指标和引用计量指标进行了全面的比较分析和深入的定量研究,并利用Spearman等级相关分析方法,探讨了中文科技期刊两类计量指标之间的相关性问题。通过分析对比统计数据,得到一些有意义的结论,对于更好地应用期刊不同类型的计量指标,建立新的学术期刊测度评价体系具有实际的指导作用。 The paper makes a comparative analysis and quantitative study of download indicators and citation indicators of Chinese scientific and technical journals, and uses the method of Spearman grade correlation analysis to study the correlativity between the two indicators. By analyzing and comparing the statistical data, some meaningful conclusions have been derived, which may be used for guidance in better applying different metric indicators of journals to establish a new metering and evaluating system of academic journals.
