本文概述了供应链管理(SCM)应用于图书馆参考服务的必要性,描述了参考服务中SCM的内容、特点与职能,并在此基础上具体分析了在参考服务实践中实施SCM应该注意的问题。
The article discusses the necessity of applying Supply Chain Management （SCM） to library reference service, and then describes the content, characteristics and functions of SCM. Based on this, problems which should be paid attention to in applying SCM to reference service are discussed.
