构建我国咨询企业风险约束机制初探

Preliminary Exploration of the Construction of a Risk Control Mechanism in the Consulting Company in China

一项正在进行中的咨询活动会面临许多不确定性的风险,它会给咨询活动的成功带来负面影响。只要掌握风险发生的因果关系,掌握咨询活动风险管理的知识与技能,咨询活动的风险是完全可以避免的。因此,建立一套咨询企业风险约束机制是确保咨询活动成功的前提与保障。本文从研究风险机制产生出发,阐述了咨询风险的类别和特点,分析了影响咨询风险的因素,论述了咨询企业风险约束机制的核心内容,提出了建立咨询企业风险约束机制的措施。

An ongoing consulting activity will face the risk of many uncertainties, which will bring negative influence to its success. The risk of the consulting activity can be totally avoided so long as we know the causality of the risk well and master the knowledge and skill of risk management of the consulting activity. Therefore, setting up a risk control mechanism in the consulting company is the prerequisite and guarantee to ensuring the success of the consulting activity. Beginning from the study of the birth of risk control mechanism, this paper first describes the types and characters of the risk in the consulting activity, and analyzes the factors affecting the risk, then discusses the core content of the risk control mechanism, and finally puts forward some proposals for setting up the control risk mechanism in the consulting company.
