摘要
报道了一种用于高精度双波长稳频CO2激光的自组织模糊控制系统。由于CO2激光工作在极复杂的条件下,特别是双波长同时稳定的条件极为严格.故对CO2激光的一系列工作参量必须进行有效的控制。所介绍的自组织模糊控制系统可以满足这方面的要求。它可使同时振荡的双波长之频率稳定度不论短周期或长周期都优于10-10。
A self- organized fuzzy control system used for a dual wavelength frequency stabilized CO2 laser with high precision is presented. Because of the very complex operating situation of the CO2 laser, especially the tough condition for simultaneous dual-wavelength stabilization, a series of parameters in the CO2 laser system must be controlled effectively. A self-organized fuzzy control system described in this peper is satisfied for these requirments.Both short and long term frequency stabilities of the simultaneous oscillations are better than several Parts 1010.
