摘要
采用紫外激光作为激发源,观测了人体和动物的几种血管壁的激光诱导荧光(LIP)光谱及分层血管的光谱。分析了影响LTP光谱特征的主要因素.并给出了人体股动脉正常血管及病变组织的LIF光谱的判据。
A UV laser at 266 nm wavelength was used to excite target tissues. Laser-induced fluorescence spectra of several kinds of vascular tissues and individual layer vessels were observed. The major factors which influence the spectral characteristics were analysed. The LIF diagnostic criterions on human normal aorta and Pathological changes are suggested.
