奥迪轿车后轮毂轴切削性能的试验研究

摘要 针对奥迪轿车后轮毂功的材料特点,用正交试验法对精车外圆工序进行了切削刀具的选材与切削用量的优化及二者的最佳组合。提出该精车工序应采用YC30牌号的硬质合金刀片,用100m/min的切削速度和0.25mm/r的进给量,可获得较高的刀具耐用度及金属切削率。 Acording to material property of the Audi car rear wheel hub spindle,outside di-ameter precision machining process with orthogonal testing method has been carried out for select-ing cutting tool material and optimizing cutting rate as well as the optimal combination of both. Asthe result,it is determined that the precision machining process should choose cutting tool materialto be a carbide bit YC30. And a cutting speed of 100m/min with feed of 0. 25 mm/r gives the bestresult to both the endurance of cutting tool and machinability rating.
